Fee Schedule
Version 3.2 · Dated October 28, 2026
Effective Date: October 28, 2026
Governing law: State of Delaware, United States
Published at: ecosystem.kiverify.com/legal/fee-schedule
1. Purpose and Scope
This Fee Schedule sets out the fees in effect for use of the KiVerify™ Ecosystem. It is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service (“TOS”) and forms part of the agreement between the User and Covenantz, Inc. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings given in the TOS.
KiVerify™ is independent verification infrastructure. Fees attach to activity, not to having an account, and no subscription is required. Operating Packs (Section 4) are an optional way to prepay a predictable monthly level of activity. Fees are in US dollars unless a Client Agreement states otherwise.
2. How Participation Works
Creating a profile. Profile creation carries no fee (TOS §3B.4). A profile holds the User’s photograph and basic profile information (TOS §3B.1). Storage for documents is available to a Client, metered from the first gigabyte at the Section 6 rates. Identity verification runs as TOS §3B.1 provides, and a person who joins without an invitation receives it at no charge (TOS §3B.1). A User may create its profile and work in any Workspace to which it is invited. Until it is invited, a User sees only its own profile.
Being invited. A Client may invite Users to its Workspace: professionals who attest within their roles, and Relying Parties with view-only access. No fee is charged to an invited User; Workspace fees are billed to the Client.
Transacting requires a wallet. For payment-enabled activity, a User attaches a wallet run by a third-party provider. Covenantz, Inc. does not operate it or hold its funds (TOS §3B.3).
Verifying your own Asset requires a Client Agreement. To set up an Asset, whether a building, a product line, a vehicle, or a home, the User enters a Client Agreement for itself or its business and becomes a Client (TOS §2), and chooses an Operating Pack or pay-as-you-go. As a Client it may then create a Workspace.
3. A Closed, Permissioned Network
KiVerify™ is a closed, permissioned network open only to verified participants, and verified status is a continuing condition of access (TOS §3B.2). No Workspace is activated until the required identity checks are complete:
- Every individual completes identity verification (KYC), including sanctions screening, as TOS §3B.1 provides.
- Every business or agency completes business verification (KYB), beneficial ownership review, and AML screening before its Workspace is activated. A business may complete KYB as a User, without a Client Agreement (TOS §3A.1). KYB can take longer than KYC.
4. Operating Packs
Operating Packs let a Client choose the level of monthly activity it expects and start there. Packs are grouped in three levels, Essentials (OPK-1 and OPK-2), Program (OPK-3 and OPK-4), and Portfolio (OPK-5 and OPK-6), and a Client can move between them as its needs become clear. Packs for enterprise Clients are available on request. A Retention Pack, described after the table, serves owners who have finished verifying and want to keep their record. Allowances and prices for each pack are set out below.
Included in every Operating Pack except OPK-0
- Workspace access, once identity verification is complete
- Unlimited invitations: Relying Parties with view-only access, such as a lender, insurer, inspector, or regulator, and Attestors. The pack covers invitees’ identity checks up to its allowance.
- The Asset DNA™ record for each Asset in the Workspace
- Verification workflow types on the rails that exist today: Procurement, Contracts, Payments, Supply Chain, and Product Library
- Objective Node Mapping
- The Global Product Library. Product provenance is verified through a Verification Workflow; inclusion in the library is not by itself verification
- Verification templates, or scopes the Client defines
- The Audit Log Export, at any time, at no charge
OPK-0 covers the Users and organizations a Client invites. They join free, need no Client Agreement, and work within their roles in the Client’s Workspace, including on the Payments rail. Their activity draws on the Client’s pack and is billed to the Client (Section 7(c)).
Integration services are not included in any pack and are quoted separately.
How Operating Packs work
Allowances are monthly. Each allowance applies to one monthly cycle and resets at the start of the next. Unused allowances expire at the end of the cycle and do not roll over. Annual billing receives the same monthly allowances. The storage credit applies to active storage held during the cycle.
You will be told before you run out. Covenantz, Inc. notifies the Client when usage reaches 80% and 100% of any allowance.
Verification does not stop at the limit. Past 100% of an allowance, activity continues without interruption at the per-use rates in Section 6, charged to the payment method the Client authorizes in its Client Agreement, or drawn from its Wallet Reserve where one is elected. Attestations and Authorization Actions beyond their allowances carry no separate charge, because each results in a Verification Event, which the Verification Event Fee covers.
Changing packs. A move to a higher pack takes effect immediately: the higher allowances apply at once, and the Client pays the prorated difference for the rest of the cycle. A move to a lower pack takes effect at the start of the next cycle.
Term and payment. An Operating Pack is elected in the Client Agreement and continues while the Client Agreement continues. The Client chooses monthly or annual billing. A payment failure is handled under the Client Agreement: written notice, a ten-day cure period, then possible suspension or termination. On termination for an uncured payment failure, the Asset ceases to hold verified status, and the Client may request an Audit Log export (Client Agreement §4).

Retention Pack
For owners whose active phase of verification is complete. When the active phase ends, Covenantz, Inc. directs the Asset DNA™ record to long-term storage within the Ecosystem. The record stays archive-resident, and verified status holds while it stays and fees are current. The Retention Pack includes no verification allowances. The Retention Pack is for storage only. Verifying an Asset in retention requires an Operating Pack, which the Client may hold alongside the Retention Pack. Any discount against the published rates is set in the Client Agreement. Infrastructure cost is included in the published price of an Operating Pack. The Retention Pack covers long-term storage and deep storage, and the transfer of a record into those tiers. Retrieval out of them is charged at the Long-Term and Deep Storage Retrieval Fee in Section 6. Returning a record to active storage is not within the Retention Pack: it requires an Operating Pack, or is charged per transaction at the Section 6 rates.
5. Key Terms
6. Fees in Effect
Partner fees. An Ecosystem Access Fee applies to partners, including API Partners and white-label partners. It is set by negotiation in the applicable partner agreement or Client Agreement (AUVP §3.3), rather than as a standard Client fee.
7. Notes on the Fees in Effect
(a) Verification Fee. The standard Verification Fee is 3.5% of each verified payment. A Client Agreement may set a different rate, higher or lower, according to the complexity of the Asset or Project, and that rate applies for the duration of the agreement unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. Any cap on the Verification Fee is set in the Client Agreement. The fee is not contingent on the outcome of any verification.
(b) Calculation and collection. Covenantz, Inc. does not hold, route, deduct from, or otherwise handle any payment a Client makes to another party. Covenantz, Inc. receives payment from the Client for its own services, as set out in this Fee Schedule and the Client Agreement. The Ecosystem records the payment event and the fee is calculated from the amount recorded. At each Payment Gate, when the Client releases a payment to its counterparty through its own bank or payment provider, the Client pays the Verification Fee to Covenantz, Inc. at the same time. The fee applies to each payment verified through the Ecosystem, wherever the money itself moves. It is paid by the Client in addition to the payment and is never deducted from the amount the payee receives. The Verification Fee may be drawn from the Wallet Reserve where the Client Agreement so provides. Where a Verification Fee would exceed the reserve level, the Client Agreement sets the reserve level to be held and the source from which that fee is paid. The amount of a milestone or contract payment is agreed between the Client and its counterparty. Covenantz, Inc. neither sets nor receives that amount. This does not affect verification: a milestone payment is verified in the ordinary way, and the Verification Fee is charged on the verified payment as set out above. A payment is assessed once (TOS §2).
(c) The fee follows the Workspace. A Workspace may hold any number of Assets. Every verified event recorded on any Asset in the Workspace, including events recorded by Users the Client has invited, is billed to the Client that holds the Workspace and shown per Asset.
(d) Identity verification. Identity verification runs as TOS §3B.1 provides, through automated screening. Each account includes one free identity verification. For a person who joins without an invitation, that check is at the cost of Covenantz, Inc. For a User a Client invites, the check is paid by that Client: first from its pack allowance, then at $10 per KYC and $37.50 per KYB. A Client’s own identity verification is included at no charge: KYC for an individual Client, or, for a business Client, KYB for the entity and KYC for the individual who opens the account. Invitations are unlimited and are not counted; every identity check performed counts, whether or not it is passed. An invitee already verified in the Ecosystem is not checked again. Invitations issue once the Client’s Workspace is open.
(e) Exports and exit. A Client may export copies of its documents for its own purposes without leaving the Ecosystem. Document exports are made by request, and an Export is not an Ecosystem Exit Event (TOS §2). An exported copy carries no verified status, but the original in the Ecosystem keeps its verified status: an Export does not require reverification and does not create a new fee on unchanged records. Material in deep storage is retrieved by request, which may take time, and fees may apply by the size of the Asset’s records. The Audit Log Export is available at any time, at no charge. A Client may leave the Ecosystem on request, with notice; the Asset then ceases to hold verified status, and nothing written to the Audit Log is erased (Client Agreement §4). The one-time export on exit is not charged.
8. Users Without a Client Agreement
A User who has not entered a Client Agreement ordinarily has no Asset to verify, and so pays no Verification Fee, Verification Event Fee, or storage fees. No fee is charged to an invited User for work in a Client’s Workspace. Marketplace transactions are made by Clients. A purchase is recorded in the Ecosystem; purchase and payment take place outside the Ecosystem until payment through the Client’s own wallet is activated. Priced Operating Packs (OPK-1 and above), White Glove Service, and the Ecosystem Access Fee are available only under a Client Agreement or partner agreement.
9. Fees Not in Effect
The following are reserved, and each rate will be published in this Fee Schedule before it applies: the Re-Verification Fee, where an Asset or Project that has left the Ecosystem is verified again; the Reinstatement Fee, which may apply in addition; Ad Credits; the Mediation Infrastructure Fee (AUVP §11.4); the Expert Witness Fee (DEA §9.4); and Asset Data Services, Ecosystem Vendor Access. The Archive Fee per Asset is replaced by the Retention Pack.
Other services are priced separately and are not yet in effect, including Marketplace tenancy, API integration, and dispute and records services. Any such fee takes effect only when introduced under Section 11.
10. Important Disclosures
Not in the flow of funds. Covenantz, Inc. does not receive, hold, custody, transmit, disburse, or direct Client or User funds or digital assets. Any wallet is operated by a third-party provider under its own terms (TOS §§3B.3, 5.5, 18.1).
Regulatory position. Unless an executed agreement states otherwise, Covenantz, Inc. is not a money services business, virtual asset service provider, payment processor, financial institution, custodian, or financial advisor (TOS §18.1).
What verification is not. Verification outputs are not AML or sanctions determinations, financial certifications, legal opinions, investment assessments, or guarantees of regulatory compliance (TOS §18.1).
Refunds and disputes. Verification-related fees become non-refundable once the applicable Verification Workflow or service is complete. Fee disputes must be submitted in writing within thirty calendar days of the invoice date (TOS §5.4). Where the Client has paid for an Operating Pack and the applicable KYB is not completed, Covenantz, Inc. refunds that payment in full.
Payment terms. Invoiced fees are due within thirty calendar days. Functionality may be suspended for a payment default not cured within ten calendar days of written notice (TOS §8.2).
Taxes. Fees exclude applicable taxes, which the Client bears (TOS §8.3).
Gigabytes. Storage is billed in whole gigabytes, and a partial gigabyte is rounded up to the next whole gigabyte. This applies to every storage tier and to every fee in Section 6 stated per GB.
Functionality. Some functionality may be in limited release or not yet activated. Functionality described as planned, pilot, or “where available” is not guaranteed until activated (TOS §2).
Precedence. Fees recorded in a Client Agreement are not overridden by changes to this Fee Schedule (TOS §2).
11. Amendments
Covenantz, Inc. may amend this Fee Schedule on fourteen (14) calendar days’ prior written notice, except where a change is required by law (TOS §2). Where a User is a natural person acting as a consumer, a material change to fees applies to that User only after the User’s affirmative acceptance (TOS §19.3).
