Every loan, renewal, and sale asks you to prove the same things again.
A verified record answers once, for everyone you let see it, and shows you how your team’s work is used.

Evidence

You keep proving the same things

Think about the last time you refinanced, renewed your insurance, or sold something you own. Someone asked for the drawings. Someone asked who fixed the roof, and when.

Then the next person asked the same questions. Each time, your team went looking, and each time, the other side worried about what it could not check.

What you own has a team

01.

Whether it is a building, a machine, a project, or a product, many people work on what you own: the engineer, the builder, the inspector, the supplier, the lender, and the insurer.

02.

Each one knows part of the story and cares about something different. No one sees the whole picture alone.

03.

Around them are the things they work with: products, contracts, and payments. Everyone and everything connected to your asset is its community of interest.

Each fact is written down once

01.

When someone on the team does a job, they record what they did under their own name. Others on the team can check it, or say it does not match, so it is hard for one person to slip in a false page.

02.

Each person, company, product, and contract connected to what you own has its own place in the record. That place is a node, and each fact checked there is a data point.

03.

A node whose facts have been recorded and checked this way is a verified node. KiVerify™ keeps all of it together in one record. KiVerify holds the record. You hold the only key.

Then it is used again and again

01.

Once a fact is verified, the next person does not have to ask for it. Your lender, your insurer, or a buyer can look at it, but only if you say yes.

02.

And because every node is connected to others, a verified node helps everyone connected to it. The builder’s verified work helps the inspector, the lender, and the buyer.

03.

What one verified node is worth to everyone connected to it is its node value.

At a glance

What it shows you

KiVerify records every time someone uses one of your verified facts, so you can see how your verified nodes are used. Seeing it shows you four things.

Who holds your team together.

On most projects, there is someone every trade depends on, like the builder who works with all of them. If that person leaves, the work can fall apart, so it helps to know who they are before it happens.

Where the weak spots are.

A part of your team with no verified facts is where the hard questions will come from. You can fix it before a loan or a sale, not in the middle of one.

Which facts matter most.

You will see which facts your lenders, insurers, and buyers use again and again, so you know what to verify first.

Proof, not promises.

When you borrow or sell, you can show verified facts, who used them, and how often.

Everyone here is verified, too

Everyone inside KiVerify had to be verified to get in: owners, the people who check the work, lenders, insurers, and buyers.

So anyone you meet there has already been checked. That is one less person you have to check yourself.

Why that makes your facts worth more

A phone company’s network can be checked piece by piece. Its wireless licenses are listed in a public federal database, and its customer connections are reported in its audited annual filing.

Most businesses have networks too: the people they build with, buy from, and sell to. But usually nobody can check those pieces, so lenders, insurers, and buyers have to guess, and they price in the guess. Verified facts replace the guess.

Where the value goes

The first to benefit is whoever does not have to check again: your lender, your insurer, or your buyer. Then it comes back to you, as fewer repeat questions, faster answers, and terms they may offer once they can check the facts. The terms are theirs to set.

Its value is yours. You grant access, and you withdraw it. It transfers with the asset when you sell.

What KiVerify does, and what it doesn’t

KiVerify counts your verified nodes and every time their facts are used. You, or a valuer you choose, can use those counts in your own analysis.

KiVerify does not pick winners, give scores, or say what your asset is worth. It shows who said what, when, and based on what.

Built in. Opening soon.

Every fact verified in KiVerify is already part of your asset’s record, and every use is already recorded. Soon, you will be able to see it all in one place and choose who sees it.

Start with One

Ask yourself:
The last time something went wrong, how long did it take to show what happened?

Pick one asset and start its record. Then count how many times you did not have to prove the same thing twice.
